The employee grabbed the phone from his hands, started rummaging in it, tried to connect a bunch of dubious application services like biometrics, and so on, agreeing to the rules for using these services on my behalf. He insisted that I give up my operator, which I have been using for more than 10 years, and switch to their SIM card. In response to my negative answer, he insisted for about five minutes that I do it.
