The bank is disgusting, incompetent staff, they mislead customers, impose insurance on loans and credit cards, close accounts for six months - I had to go to a bank branch with a lawyer! It is not possible to contact the department remotely - there is no contact phone number of the department for clients! Bypass the bank by the side, do not sign contracts, use trusted large banks.

The most disgusting branch. For 2 months the electronic queue (the terminal for issuing coupons) does not work, so huge queues to managers and to the cashier. The approximate expectation is 40-60 minutes (causes irony, since the bank is called the "East EXPRESS Bank"). With the cash desk, there are constant problems, there are two cash boxes, one does not work all the time, the second one works several times every half hour. Literally, 2-3 people pass and the cash desk closes for half an hour. It is determined by the "break", although all the technical breaks are written in the plate near the ticket offices, these breaks are only 2 (from 13: 00-13: 30 and from 16: 00-16: 30). For example, I'm sitting in line at the cash register from 14:30, now is 15:28 and the cash register was closed 2 times. The first time the ticket office closed at 14:30, managers reported a "break" for half an hour, at 15:00 the ticket office opened for 3 people and closed again for a "break" for half an hour. Managers make a helpless gesture, they say they do not like it - do not wait.

I will say right away that this is the worst bank that I have encountered as an entrepreneur and as a physicist. No service: stuffy office on Sennaya, submit a question-appeal on the site, you get an answer only with a passport in the office; in a personal account, by SMS or in any other accessible way in the 21st century - it is not destiny to send. The card was blocked each time when trying to pay off an overdraft in a grace period. It was necessary to go to the office, providing documents on the legitimacy of my income, then another week unblocked Lux. Unprofitable rates for the accumulation and use of miles. Constantly ringing, imposing loans. They left this bank when the cup of patience overflowed. When opening an account, I put up gawls of refusal on all types of insurance, for which the bank takes non-weak commissions monthly. As a result, I still signed on them and when I was asked to provide them a duplicate of the contract (my net) - the refusal in the office, and when contacting through the site, they require a commission of 3600 rubles! Mind is incomprehensible! I plan to complain to the Central Bank. In general, one disappointment. Do not go here, learn from the mistakes of others, and not on their own.
