Promsvyazbank was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service with fast work, easy and fast opening of an account (I opened under the State Defense Order). I was particularly pleased that it was always possible to reach the technical support or operator immediately, and they instantly helped with the resolution of any issues. In general, having a great and sad experience with banks like Russia (it’s generally a bottom), Gazprom, Rosbank, was in positive shock about how, it turns out, banks can work with legal entities.

Extremely uncomfortable hours of operation: opens late and closes early. Saturday and Sunday, and therefore holidays, is completely closed. The ATM to the right of the main entrance is also not around the clock. Update (December 2019): now the main entrance is on the right, where there used to be an ATM that you couldn’t get into after hours. Accordingly, the ATM is no longer there, it was dragged into the hall. There are no words.

It is very inconvenient that it is impossible to enter the ATM after the bank is closed and on weekends! On the side of the door, the terminal (electronic card reader) does not work to access the ATM. It's strange and annoying!
