Service is sooooo slow. There are 4 people in the office. 2 work, 1 intern, 1 help workers. Serves 2 clients for 1 hour. Not! 50 minutes for accuracy. There is no air conditioner, but there is a cooler.

Customer service is very low. We cannot get a card issued at the bank within two hours. The operator does not communicate correctly with the client, referring to the technical support of the bank. We sit for two hours, waiting for the binding of the card and account. Bad bank, frivolous attitude to customers. Operators are in no hurry to solve the problem, continuing to serve the following.

The bank like everyone else - I have a salary card and a loan and had a loyal attitude, but the employees do not care - for each cheating they obviously get a percentage. I will say what you have already heard - the BANK NEVER WORKS FOR LOSSES! Always check everything and remember - if you are deceived, then the contract with all your signatures can be terminated on the basis of your financial illiteracy - contact the consumer protection service - they will consult you for free, and they will conduct your business for money. While I independently filed a pre-trial claim (I reissued the loan at a lower rate, and eventually had another 45,000), how will the response complement the review.
