It’s easy to find, spacious, several adequate consultants, but because of the relatively large flow of people, sometimes they are not enough. The lines for this department, in general, are also the norm, but the matter is in the same stream. There are several terminals, cash desks more than 10, but all together, with me, they never worked. For some, a two-flight staircase to the second floor (there are all ticket offices, etc.) can be a minus. For people with disabilities, this unit is hardly suitable.
