Visited the other day, like everything was issued relatively quickly. There was no queue. The staff is polite. I admit that in other reviews it is true - the bank positions itself on transfers to the CIS countries - the contingent, therefore, is appropriate. The manager sits completely behind the plastic glass - the documents and passport had to be torn off into the slot on the side of the plastic.

Everything is organized very badly! For one extremely slow-working window of a crowd of employees chatting among themselves, strolling to and fro, to whom customers are generally not interested! Horror! Strongly recommend it!

There are enough employees working, but everything is barely moving, the line moves on a teaspoon per hour. Horror!!

The queue for currency exchange took 50 minutes, while I was second when I received my coupon. Everything else is money transfers, which go all the queues from the operator from the hall. Senior teller boorish woman in the wrong clothes for the bank employee.

Operators work very slowly, they double-check documents 3-4 times, they get scared when they need to make several translations, they are also constantly distracted. The document posting system is overloaded with unnecessary data. The only plus is the relatively favorable exchange rate.
