I come to any post office on business. I did not see another atmosphere and atmosphere in the other post offices, everything is the same! And the faster they serve me, the better! It happens in different ways, it depends on the number of people .. But now young people are working on the package, they are very fast, without too much chatter! I like. And a woman who learned to work worked on the issuance of registered letters .. And this also needs to be understood ... The atmosphere and the conditions are the same everywhere .. Be patient! We are all people, Be a little man! The situation is not so !!

You can write a lot about this post office, but the main thing that worries now is the huge daily queues at the entrance. People stand in a dense crowd, almost no one keeps a distance, masks wear units. Health hazardous situation. Home delivery is also not ordered - operators do not call back to confirm the operation. I note that huge queues in the post office were before, only visitors crowded in a small stuffy room. The mail management, as always, is not able to properly organize the work of the department.

There are queues because of visitors with a bunch of letters or parcels .. When will they learn to register their trunks online ..

Good office. Firstly, they know how to accept prepaid departures (that is, they don’t pretend as if they’re hearing about this service for the first time, as in some other departments). And in general, they are technically literate. Secondly, this disgusting e-mail system is not here. queue, which I had to face, for example, in the department 191036 (working 24/7) after the closure of the main post office for repairs. I well remember how once in that department this queue every 5 seconds called non-existent ticket numbers, and my number was invited to ... a closed window. There was a scandal. Here email. there is no queue. In fact, this is for the good (see above about failures in other departments). Thirdly, the employees in this department are very helpful, although, for example, when I come for packages, I am surprised every time that, in general, young people fill out notices in the old way. And after that, someone else is surprised that, you see, there are long lines! And what prevents to get an email. Signature and receive packages faster? By the way, one long time ago (a month or two after the e-signature service appeared) I watched how the operator quickly filled out and printed paper applications for issuance by e-mail on its own initiative. signatures, and people only signed ready-made forms, which, generally speaking, could be completed on the site in advance. I was then surprised by this altruism of the employee. In addition, I often see people come with track numbers ahead of time and ask to check where the package is. Like, "she left the sort today and should be with you already!" What is the point of doing so? The objective minus is that on this post, as you know, in the fall of 2019, suddenly there were problems with the staff. There were nightmare lines. This upset me, but the reason was known, in general, to everyone, and I do not fully understand why someone is outraged out of the blue. By the way, recently, the staff was picked up at the post office, and I no longer saw the queues (real ones, like in the fall of 2019, and not 3-4 people each). In general, in my opinion, this department does not deserve bad reviews. I wrote my own to state at least some texture, because reviews with low ratings are too biased.

Absolutely unorganized work: there is no way to understand which window is responsible for what, especially when you stand on the street during quarantine! People jump from line to line, as a mess!
