To receive the parcel, the queue is taken on the street !!! because there is no place to stand in the room. You have to stand in line for more than an hour and after closing the department (!!!!) Employees can’t cope despite the fact that they work very quickly. Notifications to the mailbox do not come. Parcels of 3 months have to wait. These houses were built several years ago and the area continues to be built at an incredible speed. Every day more and more inhabitants. NO TRANSPORT AVAILABILITY. To get to this department on foot you need to go through a string of labyrinths along the road under construction and 4 more stops !!!! Simply, damn the words are not decent. After all, mail now sells pasta! Mail employees are turned into grocery sellers (((((((((((((( P.S. in 2020, several more houses will be commissioned, in one of which there will be more than 3,000 apartments, and construction does not stop there, but, on the contrary, is gaining new momentum.

Unsatisfied (some) employees of the parcel delivery department !!! There was a parcel with cash on delivery, and not a single notification has come! I called the online store, which sent this parcel, the operator tracked the parcel, said that the parcel was returned back to the store. Even from China, parcels do not reach the recipient. And they do not want to work, because ZP is small !!! 3 window, you can say, does not work at all, the call is set, and then it is broken! Laziness on the spot, what to sit? Not just the window set! Two employees asked to call someone from the 3rd window, no one * did not raise the opu. For the third time the girl called, and this woman barely reached from the third window. It feels like they come to drink tea and sit down. And it was not time !!!

Good day! One window always works! At 19:30 people are no longer allowed! Why then write that the work schedule is until 20:00 ?! When you ask on what basis - rudeness sounds in the window and the answer is such that no one is to blame - the computer itself turns off 🤦‍♀️ Are you seriously? Nowhere are there such lines except the Russian post!
