05/22/2020 at about 15:00 I went to the post office to receive the package. None of the employees of the post office were at the entrance, but when I went in, the employees started shouting from their seats that I would go out and wait until the person leaves and only after that I can go in. I left. I waited until another person came out and went in again, took the number, but they started to shout to me again that I would go out. At that time, another visitor came to the post office and the staff told me that they did not know which of us was the first to enter, but I should go out again. They refused to watch the cameras. In the nearest window, an employee (man) insulted me by calling me a "bar ram." Only after that the postal worker came into the hall to control the visit to the department and stood at the entrance. I asked for a book of complaints. During that time, while I was writing a complaint, a queue accumulated at the entrance to the post office, but they again did not accept me, although I was already inside the department. I was sent to the street at the end of the line in a lovely polite voice. In this way, they are now mocking visitors.
Good office, everything is very civil and modern. At the entrance, the device in which you select the type of service you need, you receive a ticket and you are waiting for your turn, the queue is electronic. You can sit down while you wait for a call. As it is now accepted, the department sells food and drinks. Spacious enough, bright and comfortable. The workload is different. On Saturday at 12 o’clock in the afternoon I ran into a large crowd of elderly people, for whom going to the post office was just entertainment and leisure. At other times, it’s free and everything passes quickly. Employees are usually quite polite, but on the last trip they shook from one of the employees screaming at an old grandfather that she would not answer any questions, even if she takes a ticket and waits in line. I understand these are the rules, but can be explained by a calm tone. Grandfather waved his hand and left, the employee continued to work, but everyone else in the hall became unpleasant. For such incontinence I put 4.
