Unfortunately, not everyone can provide normal service yet, I take into account that they are in the service sector, where being rude to customers is not the norm and should not be the norm.

I often receive packages here. Sometimes there is a queue (maximum 15 minutes), sometimes I immediately receive a package. The staff is polite

The work of the post office is highly dependent on the middle manager. In this department, he is clearly too soft and the clients suffer. Employees don't want to work, especially before the new year. And while they are cutting Olivier, customers stand in line for an hour. It seems that there are not many people, but each one takes 10 minutes. 10 precious minutes !!!!

I really like this post office. Almost always, all polite and pleasant, they will explain everything, if some kind of a jamb on their part is promptly resolved, they call back. I receive parcels here for about five years, at least once a month. I do not remember a single negative experience. Plus, I see the development of internal work - fewer hitches, faster parcels are issued, fewer queues, and so on.
