Post of Russia

Often rude, but not always. I want to send an example, they say open it up, I say that this will not happen, they refuse to send, I turn on the camera, I call the elder, finally they give me the necessary paper for signing, they pick up the mailbox, I send it to 3 powerful ones because it packed according to the rules (paper + scotch tape) without labels and inscriptions. After a couple of minutes of bickering, they take away and bingo payment only in cash

Quite by chance I ended up in an air town and used the services of a post office. To be honest, I was struck by the coherence of the staff in solving customer needs! 5 stars definitely. I am very pleased with this post office.

Wonderful post office. All employees are very polite, responsive, if something is not clear, they will always help. But there are not enough workers in the department, as the salary is small and they don’t want to work. This is understandable, the work is very hard, and the payment is not worthy. And I want to advise everyone who writes negative reviews and the leadership of the Russian Post to put themselves in the place of all employees of different post offices, since only desperate people can work this way and for that kind of money.

Good post office. The staff is fast, polite and patient, even though sometimes clients are rude. The room is small, but you can drive into it with a baby carriage, and even the doors open in the right direction. There are two mail windows and a post office. An ATM is installed for the latter.

I liked the service, employees act quickly and clearly, without unnecessary hiccups, help to deal with issues and difficulties encountered.
