I am writing from the words of my mother. Today is Mother's Day and I ordered flowers and a box of chocolates with flowers to please my mother. I live in another country and I did not have the opportunity to congratulate my mother personally. I entrusted this to Florence, I really wanted my mother to smile that day! But, unfortunately, after the delivery of the gift, my mother called me upset, explaining that the flowers were stale and there were rotten peony roses and other flowers not fresh in the box with sweets. We were not reimbursed for the cost of the box; the price was 2700 for one of the gifts, there was no conversation to replace either. We were returned 1,350 rubles only for roses, explaining that they had everything counted, for the remaining 10 sweets and a chocolate bar we paid more than 1,000 rubles. But it's not about the money, the point is that Mom's day will be remembered that way. Spoiled mood and stale flowers. I have never had such problems with other stores, although I often order flowers, because this is the only way to somehow please my mother from afar.
