Under the face of a decent hotel hides a complete sucks

It used to be HoGo, now it's been a long time since now, but it's still cool, though a little pathetic

Up to three stars, of course, is a bit short. The kitchen is good, but, being a resident of the Far East, I know firsthand the Chinese cuisine, its abundance, taste, features, etc. - the menu is very scarce, many, very tasty dishes are not on the menu. For some reason there is no wok, but there is a hogo, in Vladik a wok, like a hogo is very popular. Rnmontik in the hotel does not hurt.

In the restaurant, at breakfast in the morning, the staff turns on the radio at such a volume that it is impossible to talk with a neighbor on the table. They respond in surprise to a request to make quieter. The hotel has rooms in which there are no windows at all (only the ceiling has a window to the corridor)! Such hotels survive due to corporate orders - business trips. For this price you can find either a hostel on Nevsky or a hotel a block from Nevsky.

A cozy hotel with affordable rooms. The only negative in the winter is cool in the room. But the heater saved.
