A story about politeness and customer focus. Personally dedicated to Shilovskaya Irina Yurievna. The Russian Post has such a service as the forwarding of postal items between branches. I had a parcel in the Russian Post office, where I could not pick up this parcel, I called that office to find out if it was possible to send the parcel to the department where I could pick it up, to which I received the answer: "Yes, you can, To do this, you need to come to the department where it is convenient to receive the parcel and write an application for its translation there, "that is, to confirm your identity so that the postal staff are convinced that this parcel belongs to me and forwarded this application to the department where the parcel is now. After that, I called the hotline of the Russian Post to confirm this information, which was done. Arriving at branch 196143, Ordzhonikidze 15, I was received by an employee whose name is mentioned above. She stated that this service will not be provided to me, because my words are unfounded (with regards to the track number of the parcel), that my documents (passport) cannot testify to the involvement of this parcel to me, that I am not registered here at all and do not live (what is this meaning is not clear to me at all), and that such a statement should be written by the sender (the sender was not known to me). With all the parting words, she sent me to get the parcel where it lies. Right in front of her, I call the hotline asking the operators to reason with the employee and explain that such a service exists and I have the right to it! I called, the operator explained that the employee was wrong and she should accept my application. This conversation brought out Shilovskaya I.Yu. out of herself, she, raising her tone, began shouting at me and the operator on the hotline that I COULD go where the parcel is, that I have NO documents (she lied to the operator, I had the documents and she kept them in her hands 5 seconds ago), she said, I quote: "that this is some kind of nonsense and I'm not myself." Together with the operator, we forced to accept my application, after which Shilovskaya I.Yu., already in full rage and despair, told me that the DEADLINE FOR CONSIDERATION OF MY APPLICATION is 90 DAYS, and she would send my application EXACTLY 90 days later to the department, where my parcel is lying. By the way, by internal communication, as the employees of the department where my parcel is located, I can send my application on the same day of my appeal. I ask the management of the Russian Post of the Moskovsky district to pay attention to this fact and take measures. I left an official complaint on the hotline on December 15th.

Hello everybody! Subsidies for utility bills for October are issued after November 10, and utility bills must be paid before November 10! Is it logical? I wonder who came up with this?

Horror. Dark, cramped, unventilated room. The crowd stands without masks in the evening at 6 pm. One cashier works, accepts letters in turn. I wonder why an email queue? All stand and are silent, dear to themselves.

The department is not without its problems, but the staff are usually polite. There are queues, especially in the evening. The electronic system sometimes works extremely poorly or does not work at all. The behavior of the organization itself is incomprehensible - to cram into a small room not only a bank window and an ATM, but also shelves with groceries, although we do not seem to be in the village and there is where to buy groceries, a waste of staff time and space. Please do not support this behavior of the management, do not buy products so that they see that this is not needed here.
