For some reason ~ there are no notifications, no SMS, nothing about the fact that the parcel is waiting for you, but it is stored, for a minute, for a limited time. I have to guess that she came? !!! And now the employees are so attitude towards their work, when people are left without work! So hire a normal bona fide !!

At the branch of the point of delivery and dispatch of parcels, employees do not know the size of the boxes in centimeters. The first time I hear this! For 20 minutes of the queue, it is clear that the employee is poorly educated. My question is naughty!

They do not answer the phone, they are boorishly served, as if I owe them, horror.

Disgusting service, shabby employees, zero productivity, from this endless lines at any time of the day. There was a situation after which I had to call the hotline, there they explained that the employee misinformed us impudently, refusing to accept the parcel. They do not answer the phone. Andrei was the most adequate there, now we have zero staff at least somehow qualified employees.

In the parcel department, all employees blow their nose. It was very disturbing to visit this post office
