I constantly receive small packages in this department, the girls are good fellows work quickly, they are always friendly to clients.

The department is not responsible for any complaints. Ems is not delivered to addresses, you have to go for a package all over St. Petersburg, and after Ems is found they say that delivery is within a month. Either their car is broken, then there is no mood to carry. I hope the leadership of the Russian Post will take action in relation to the branch 192284 !!!

The mail is divided into 2 rooms, in one you receive a number to receive the parcel, then you go out in the rain and stand in a huge line to another large room where one employee slowly delivers these parcels. Why in the rain? And because the postal staff decided that more than two people were not allowed in the room! This is especially striking when you see these same workers without masks and gloves, why are you doing this to people?

Disgusting service from the alleged boss. This is not the first time she has deployed both people and me from her incompetence. It feels like she determines by eye the contents of the packages whether she likes the contents of the packages or not! Sends everyone to the main post office.
