They lose parcels, they bring notifications every other time and with a big delay. The parcel from China came to me for HALF (although it traveled across China in two weeks). Eternal, just eternal lines in which you can stand for tens of minutes. Pointless staff at the pick-up point, moving heavily from the table to the parcel room, rude to your face at every visit. I really hope that all these people will one day be kicked out of work, and the department will be reformed. It is so bad to fulfill one’s duties - genuine sabotage of the functioning of the postal service and the discredit of the Russian Post, which already has a rather dubious reputation. Moreover, the neighboring department, located next to 51 outpatient clinics, is completely normal, clean and comfortable, with friendly and fast staff, it is better to go there. And to look into this garbage bin is simply dangerous for health.

An employee of the delivery department phoned half an hour before the lunch break of this unit and suggested urgently picking up the parcel and very rudely advised them not to order small packages, for some reason, having concluded that I did not know where the post office was. To my question, is it too late to approach in the evening or tomorrow, since I do not have a passport with me and I am busy now and can’t come in any way, the postal worker on elevated tones began nervously explaining to me that the post office is in a house adjacent to my house the building (although it’s not), hinting to me that I should come up immediately. At the same time, the notification was not dropped into the mailbox. The employee did not introduce herself and hung up halfway. Repeatedly tried to call the post office back to clarify the situation, but they did not pick up the phone. The department has endless long lines, the staff works slowly, slowly moving around. Each visitor is served very, very slowly. It is a pity that the performance of their direct duties among the employees of this department causes such negative emotions.
