From the third window I was asked to take another ticket and go to the dispatch department. At first, they refused to send because the pre-order through the site was not filled. I went to the site, the site does not work. Had to download the app to fill. Filled in, their program hung. They sent it again to the third window, when they found out that I had a cashless payment - they refused to send the parcel, because their boxes for shipment are not stuffed into the base and do not break through. They said that it was not their problem, I did not want to pay in cash - I could not send anything. Service in 👍 Okay, at least I have a smartphone. The old grandmother will not be able to send a parcel to her grandchildren for the new year, because the pre-order is not filled. Doing themselves through the program, they turn out to be 👍 Also, it is quite logical that a person may not use cash and should always be able to accept non-cash in this case. There is no such possibility in this department. They refer to the fact that these are not their problems. Thanks, great !!!
