Twice I sent a package of EMC from the Krasnodar Territory to my son. Came on the fourth day. I registered on the mail site and I received messages in the mail about each step of sending. In order not to wait for the courier, after the message that the parcel was ready for delivery, the son himself took the parcel in the department. Very fast and convenient.

Never buy EMC services !!! Save money, nerves and time! This is the worst thing on the market today. Today is Wednesday, October 23rd. 10 a.m. Parcel not delivered to me. By tracking number I arrived at the courier delivery point (!!!) on Monday, October 21 at 03:25. I lay there all day, and there was no call from the service. I call on Monday evening the Hot Line, they ask if I want to leave a request (!) For tomorrow ?! For a paid service! That is, a delivery request for tomorrow (Tuesday). Ahhh. I was very surprised, but left a request. They asked if they always have this? The girl declined to answer. Judging by the reviews ALWAYS. There is no call from the courier on Tuesday all day. At 17:00 I’m interested in (figs you will reach the Hot Line - 25 times), they answer that the parcel has not been delivered to the courier!?! Despite the application. Interested in the reasons, they say, they say, I'm sorry. Usually in such cases they suggest "sorry" to put it somewhere. But I hardly hold back. They give the number of the ill-fated place on Bucharest, 122 - the courier delivery point (this is very far from my house) - by calling 4068202 a peppy young voice suggests dialing an additional 4117 to find out what happened to my parcel (I’m not the only one, apparently). And after a few beeps, a redirect error is issued. I called the Hotline out of habit. Made a complaint. Do you think they called me back immediately from the courier service? Haha I'm waiting. Parcel 7 kg, no car, yesterday's working day was from 8:30 to 20:30. Russian Post is the slowest, clumsy, shoveling company in the postal services market. Phew! You can’t be like that. If you are looking for an adventure on your head, welcome to the "wonderful" world of EMC. I hope my review will help you never buy these services.

I support previous reviews. We ordered EMC, the package should have arrived on December 14, today it is already 21. 4 days the package is in St. Petersburg. On the 19th - SMS arrived - that the parcel was handed over to the courier, wait. SMS arrives that very evening - an unsuccessful delivery attempt. The most interesting thing is that I spent all day at home, the courier did not call or come. From the 100th time I phoned tech support - dictated all the same information - as on the site, offered to arrange delivery on 21.12. With a note - that the courier will definitely call an hour before delivery. ATTENTION!!! A day passed, silence, I dialed technical support - they say to me - that the package was on Bucharest and was not even delivered to the courier today. Do you want to arrange delivery for tomorrow? They gave the branch number - there, like the others - an answering machine and a reset. I’m already afraid to look at the package if I ever receive it. Conclusion - you do not need to use EMC - the time, money and nerves spent, and it is still not known in what form the package will come.
