I have experience in frequently receiving parcels and packages from China. I am satisfied. Calm and polite. There have never been any complaints about the speed of receiving notifications or the quality of packaging of items.

Mail will always remain mail, no matter how you paint and dress it up. I can say about this department that the main department works more efficiently and politely than colleagues from other departments. The department with parcels is better to avoid: the room is tiny, with the number of visitors 2+ you can’t really turn around, the most leisurely people I have ever met behind the counter are working.
