By the way, the tires on all cars always correspond to the season, in this case, nature just got stuck 😊 All other times I took Xray. For my conditions, in terms of cross-country ability and the minimum required level of comfort, the price / quality ratio is just the right thing. So it's in vain that our car industry is scolded so much☝️ At the first visit, it took about 30 minutes to wait in line and to process all the papers. I don't see a problem with that. But subsequent visits were reduced to a simple signing of an agreement, since all preliminary negotiations and reservations were made in WhatsApp correspondence. It is extremely convenient and prompt enough, all the data is already in the database and the contract is already ready for your arrival. The cars themselves are in fair condition. During the initial inspection, of course, all body defects are recorded. Specifically about Xray, the employee even suggested the nuance of the domestic unit on the back door and a burning light bulb 😊 Upon delivery, also acceptance. An unrecorded scratch was found on the bumper, but after looking at the data from inspections from previous users, it turned out that it was already there. I consider this work with a database to be a plus of the organization. Some customers are surprised who are outraged that the car should be taken in washed. Or pay the car wash from the deposit. What is the problem? I took it clean, and return it. There were no accidents or breakdowns, thank God, so I can't say about road service. Daily "prepaid", i.e. included in the rental price, mileage - 250 km / day. It is worth considering. In principle, this is usually enough if you calculate the total planned mileage and the number of rental days. But the overrun is already paid from above. Although, for the same Xray it is 4₽ / km. Quite rightly so. It is also worth considering that the deposit is not returned immediately. I treat with understanding, tk. and fines on the car may not come immediately. Usually in the region of 2-3 weeks. By the way, for leaving the Leningrad region, the amount of the deposit increases. Which is also true. I see two of the minuses: 1. Once the omyvayka ended, I bought it on the way, there was no refund on the check. I think that for a long-term lease it would be fair, because consumables are like gasoline. But in the short term it is not comme il faut. 2. Cash, not a card. It's already 20 years in the yard, like the XXI century, and the sums go by not three kopecks. It is worth starting a terminal 😉

I took Rapid school for a day. Base price on 10/25/2020 1750 rub. I rolled 36 km + passed it 3 hours later. As a result, 2750r with gasoline The car is served clean. I was satisfied with the service. I advise!

We were looking for an alternative to car sharing, we needed a company to periodically take a car for 1-2 weeks. I agree with the previous reviews - the service is unhurried, in the Rent Auto messengers they answer once every 10 minutes, then once an hour. In general, in 3 days we managed to completely remotely agree to take Datsun for 8 days. We transferred 3000 rubles to the card (50% of the deposit) and arrived at the appointed time. Datsun was not there - he did not return the previous tenant (why there was no warning about this is a mystery). Received with Renault discount for 1 day. We had to change our plans, but a day later we took the long-awaited Datsun. About the car. The budget option: there was small debris inside, smudges, but the mileage was very pleased - less than 50,000. The office decoration and a quick inspection took 40 minutes. The employee tried very hard, even scraping the body with his nails in order to understand if it was chipped in front of him or dried dirt. One way or another, they took it and skated without any problems at all. They returned it washed inside and out, but with a scratch on the front bumper. The photo shows. For such a scratch, 50% was withheld from the bail - 3000 rubles. Despite the fact that the car was returned an hour earlier and with excess fuel, the workers were not happy with us. Such was the Soviet service they had: “run to the office, I didn't take the paper,” they threw documents on the table, etc. Although I admit that the guys just have their mouths full of worries (for an hour of waiting, at least 4 more of their clients appeared in the parking lot). Now we are waiting for the second part of the deposit to return (2 weeks and again for it to the office). UPD turns out that the refund of the deposit is carried out only on Saturdays, so we have to wait three weeks.

The first experience was negative because there was no car I wanted, but a year later I noticed that the car rental company had developed its car park very much, took the car for a week. I highly recommend it!
