We went on a bus tour called “Fall in Love with Prague” (2.01.20-8.01.20) The tour with us was booked for three, on December 30, a couple of days before departure, they called us and said that one of us was put on another bus, recorded in another group. We had excursions separately, the first two days of the tour were not seen at all. Route times did not match. Given that a person goes abroad for the first time and is left alone !!!! The joint hotel was alone on the last night of the tour. In Prague, where we spent three days, we lived in different hotels, not even within walking distance. I had to spend time looking for urban wifi and looking for each other in a big city. Also, we were not warned and put in the worst places on the bus. We had a night moving, and my husband and I were put in last places on the bus. My husband’s chair reclined three centimeters, mine rested against the back wall of the bus and didn’t recline at all !!!! All the time and night moving I spent at an angle of 90 degrees !!! We sat above the engine, the whole trip was unbearable heat! We asked to transfer us to other places, we were refused. Weifai worked on the friend’s bus, but not ours. We could not even write off and were always under stress! The toilet was closed all the time. By signing the contract, I agreed to a comfortable bus! This was not provided to us. Unfortunately, the rest was ruined. The tour was purchased through the agency "7 Wonders of the World" (St. Petersburg, Dybenko, London Mall). Please resolve this situation and contact me.

Horrible. They confuse everyone (in particular, Alexander), spoil the vacation. Report errors one day before departure. Then they brazenly lie that they themselves are not to blame (if we didn’t mention that we were going together, how did you know the day before departure that they put us in different buses?). They are lying about the conditions on the tour itself (they promised the norms of the place and we were put on the bus for the worst, not designed for long roads). I never set the unit to but simple. Worst company

Excellent agency, managers are very nice, they will always pick up a good option of rest
