We went with my husband to Par on Gagarin today. Very cozy place, felt at home. Waiter Victoria helped with the selection of food and drinks. Tried dorado with creamy sauce, tuna tataki and steak. Everything was delicious. We will definitely come again.

A great place to stay. How many people on Earth can go out into the courtyard in the evening and get gastronomic pleasure at the level of a good restaurant? It is a pity that not many. I am very glad to be honored to just go down the stairs, walk a little, and be here. I got acquainted with good cuisine in two places, in travels, and in St. Petersburg. I consider Petersburg to be the capital of Russian haute cuisine. I have something to compare with, I have visited quite a few countries, from east to west from Indonesia to Austria. The more pleasant is the fact that next to the house there is a place where they cook at the level to which I am used to. The food here is at the level of good St. Petersburg restaurants in the best tourist spots. The range of dishes to please the visitor ranges from simple Georgian and Central Asian cuisine to sophisticated European and North American dishes. The steaks are delicious here, as are the khachapuri and the kebabs. The menu is regularly updated with new recipes. Recently, I really liked the beef tartare. For me personally, dishes made from raw products indicate places where the choice of products is more than responsible. You cannot make raw meat tasty and safe cheaply. For me, this is an indicator of the level. Being a regular customer almost since opening, I noticed that this restaurant has not dropped its level, and this is very encouraging. They treat staff recruitment with no less responsibility, and in many ways, these people influenced the fact that I became a regular customer. Delicious food and a kind word are much nicer than just delicious food. Yes, it's a hookah bar. I regularly see cars that come to the store with hookahs. I'm not a fan of hookahs, and I don't smoke cigarettes at all. It smells like hookahs upon entering. But this quickly becomes unnoticeable. I think that a restaurant in a residential area would not last long without an alternative point of attraction, and I am glad that it is here. I often see people here who just work on laptops with a hookah. Freelancers, or just remote people. That is, people who could work from anywhere in the world. To summarize the above, if I knew where to get such a gastronomic experience, I would travel about seventy kilometers to get them. Moreover, I am glad that they are in my area.
