I signed up for EMS training, I personally really liked it, something new, non-standard, does not take much time, but at the same time it is exhausting and tiring, I think the effect will be. The studio is clean, the staff is friendly and most importantly, professionally at a high level. The price is more expensive than a regular gym membership, but an individual approach and personal training, and for this the price is already adequate.

I go to crossfit here. I remain extremely pleased.

A good place, but not enough room for functional training!
