I’ve been doing it for 8 months. I like everything, first of all, trainers and an active, friendly atmosphere. Everything is convenient, there is the whole sport. inventory; from amenities: showers, drinking water, music, etc. Regarding the results, in 5 months I went from 4 to 12 pull-ups and minus 9 kg. I train further!
