We rented 2 double rooms. In order about each: 1. Large corner room with good repair, mosquito net, TV, and private bathroom and kitchen. There are no complaints about the number. 2. A modest room with the same good repair, there was no mosquito net and therefore was tormented by mosquitoes, its own bathroom and TV, as well as its own kitchen. Complaints: mosquitoes !!!! Now, in general about the hotel. - You can rate the hotel positively, but it is better to ask for a corner room with a larger area, if there is such an opportunity. -Room cleaning consists in the presentation of toilet paper and selective wiping of surfaces (it is not important for us that there was cleaning at all, so we were satisfied). - Towels are not changed, bed linen too. (But I think if you ask them they will replace them, maybe we were only 4 nights, we were fine) - I liked the kitchen, but the pans failed. one was not suitable for the inverter cooker and the other was scratched and the Teflon coating fell off in rags ... - A feature of the hotel is also the fact that it is not known what kind of arrangement of beds will be in the room, we were supposed to have 2 single beds, but in fact we got a double bed. In our case, it was a plus. Specify this moment when booking in detail. - The TV did not show half of the channels, for some reason the signal constantly disappeared and it was not possible to watch some channels. In both rooms. - The bed is soft and comfortable, the linen is clean. - When booking, take a deposit, return without problems. - There is a parking lot in the yard, but it is quite cramped and it may turn out that everything will be busy, then you will have to park along the street. - The hotel has breakfasts. But we haven't tried them. - There are no air conditioners, but for Peter it's not a problem) but there is a heater and warm blankets)) Verdict - I can safely recommend this hotel, because at a relatively low cost of living, you get your own kitchen and bathroom, a clean room, and a fairly convenient location (the metro is 10 minutes walk, there are many chain stores and 24-hour stalls nearby). However, I hope the administration will pay attention to the disadvantages I have listed and make the stay even more comfortable.

Awful. 1) The room is significantly different from the one in the pictures (both in comfort and size) - the bed creaks, someone’s hair was in the sink, the number is small. 2) they couldn’t find my reservation through tickets.ru + I had to make a deposit (in cash !!!!!!) 1500 rub. Naturally, there was no cash with me. They claim that everything is indicated on the site. NOT!!!! It is not indicated .... And in the booking department they told me - we force you to pay, you can simply not check in .... Yes, not to check in, but no one will return the money paid for at a non-refundable rate either. 3) flies and smell fly on the stairs, as in an army canteen 4) trash in the stairwells 5) a large pile of garbage near the entrance to the "hotel"

So-so hotel and the chain as a whole. Photos are not true at all. We booked in one hotel (they specially chose the area), there were no places there (they referred to an error on booking), and moved to another. Of the minuses: terribly creaky beds, dirty windowsill (dead flies, dust and hair), broken window handle, window shade does not rise, plus dirty and torn, bathroom curtain is dirty. On the plus side: more or less clean, there is a refrigerator, stove, dishes, seemingly clean bedding, clean shower and toilet, soap / shampoo / gel / disposable slippers, a hairdryer. In principle, for 1-2 nights it is quite, plus budget. There was no cleaning for 2 nights, although could have changed the foot towel in the bathroom.

In principle, everything you need to take a shower and cook yourself dinner or breakfast is in your room. Refrigerator, kettle, single-burner stove, sink and shelf with dishes. Clean, fresh sheets, telly and wuifuy are. Typical ascetic set for living. Payment through the terminal at the reception of the administrator. Another funny moment, in the evening it is very convenient to watch TV in the house opposite, this St. Petersburg household building is simply the height of constructivist nationalism.
