I made an appointment with the doctor a week before the appointment. The day before the appointment, the temperature rose. I didn't get better overnight, so I called the clinic to cancel the appointment and not go to the doctor in this state. A girl named Marina answered the phone. I asked to cancel the appointment due to the fact that I have a temperature and I do not want to put other people at risk by coming to the appointment, to which the girl replied: "You did not take the call yesterday. Are we rewriting or canceling?", After my answer " We cancel, because I can't tell when I will feel better, "the girl hung up. It became somehow unpleasant. I made sure to cancel the appointment, and not just silently not come, and the clinic employee did not show sympathy, but did not use elementary politeness in the dialogue. Perhaps the doctors in the clinic are excellent, but any client, knowing how much money is spent on doctors in private clinics, also wants to receive service, not rudeness. Nobody will return to that attitude. The administration would have to think about who is on their calls, who communicates with potential customers and how.

I called the clinic Desir on Parkhomenko, 29 at 11.15 at 11.45, a consultation and diagnosis of the doctor was scheduled for free. Two moles on the neck were disturbed, they were not aesthetic and traumatic, they were embarrassed by a chain, uncomfortable. The doctor estimated the cost of the service, I agreed. The procedure for removal moles with a laser lasted for several minutes, painless. There were no divorces for additional services, everything was explained and with the consent of the client. Before calling the clinic, I read a lot of reviews, I was afraid to go, now I understand that people write about the bad, there is little about the good. I suffered more with these moles. on the neck than the procedure lasted.

I was at the reception at Gelfond Mark Lvovich. I liked everything: quickly, clearly and to the point. Very pleasant doctor, answered all my questions and gave the necessary recommendations. Removal of four moles took about 5 minutes, completely painless. I would like to especially note the administrators of the clinic. After the procedure, I felt bad, dizzy. Very rarely write reviews. I called today at the clinic on April 7, 2019 at 1:27 pm, to find out if you can register with a dermatologist. She took the girl (no hello, no goodbye, in the end). Quote: "Hello, is it possible today to register with a dermatologist?" The answer is no. And that's all. I: '' It is clear, goodbye. "There was no answer, just hung up. More promise to those who hire employees. That's how you lose customers. Good luck)
