Gutenberg hotel

Good breakfast, close to everywhere (including bus/tram/metro station, fast check-in/out, free coffee and tea 24/7, comfortable bed, very neat and clean room. Additional there’s community center on ground level (backyard) they have coffee shop, vinyl shop, pizza, bar, etc. also supermarket at the corner of the block.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Seems like the rooms got renovated recently. Good beds, AC, fast & free wifi. Modern style (not as fancy as shown on the website - missed the brick/industrial design in my room at least). Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Floorheating in the bathroom. Downsides: walls and doors are very thin. Can get noisy when neighbours are awake or cleaning service gets active in the room next to you. Shower needs more power - at least in the 5th floor there seems to be nearly no water power left. Still recommended for some days in St. Petersburg 🇷🇺

Hotel staff 🏨 were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. They had made my stay during my holiday period....a very pleasant and memorable one. On my departure, staff helped me to carry my baggage 🧳 to the taxi and bid me - A safe trip and goodbye 👋 with hope to see you again. I am quite satisfied and happy with the excellent services rendered. With this good impression... will make me want to come back again to St. Petersburg again and stay in the same hotel 🏨. Also the locality is very good inside the old city. Walking distance within the places of interest.

The service room was the best for the price. All-you-can-drink coffee etc. The room was clean. Moderately quiet. There is also a supermarket in the neighborhood that is open 24 hours a day. It takes about 10 minutes to the station. All the staff were kind, and I could speak English.

Stayed at the hotel for a week! The rooms are clean. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. Very convenient area for tourists. Around a huge number of cafes, canteens and shops. Quality and delicious breakfast. The lovely lobby has a complimentary coffee machine and tea grinder. There are no problems with visiting guests, incl. with their overnight stay. Hot water is a little "naughty", but this is not critical.
