In a chandelier of 4 light bulbs, only two burned, when all the sconces were turned on additionally, there was still not enough light. At the reception did not express out of politeness. TELEVISION. There are about 40 channels or more, but only 20 are shown well. Or they would have broadcast only 20, but would not have shown that you had problems with the antenna or something else. The child finds cartoons on another channel, but it is impossible to watch! SOCKETS. Catastrophic shortage. You can not, for example, read at night with the sconce turned on and simultaneously charge your phone. I advise you a simple way out, to purchase tees and issue them at the reception upon request of the guest, after informing him of the availability. COVER. To my great surprise, there were no bedspreads on the bed. Of course, breakfast in the lobby (at the reception) is uncomfortable, and the breakfast is simple. Personally, I was more embarrassed that in the morning I want to pour myself a cup of tea, I go out and walk right past the breakfast guests. This situation is embarrassing. But there's nothing to be done. Although I, on the site of the manager, would have thought of the service "breakfast in the room." WIFI Our room was directly opposite the reception. The connection is disgusting. How is this even possible in our time? Despite the above, the hotel is very comfortable! The rooms are very comfortable! Our windows overlooked the courtyard - silence and tranquility! The staff is very polite, truly polite and kind - it feels like they are an integral part of the cultural capital! Close to Nevsky Prospekt (10-15 minutes walk) - there are most of the sights of the city. The area is quiet. Around a bunch of canteens, bakeries, shops. The metro is a 3-minute walk away, with what at once on three branches. Hay Square. Shopping center. Market. A lot of pluses !!! My wife and I decided that when we arrive again in St. Petersburg, we will settle down again in this hotel. I recommend to families!

I liked the hotel. Very cozy, clean and comfortable. You can wash and iron your clothes. Administrators are polite and friendly. Within walking distance of the metro, dining room, pharmacy, shops with the most necessary, clothing repair. The windows of our room overlooked the courtyard, so it was quiet and calm, which can not be said about the neighbors, they were less fortunate, the windows overlook the embankment. Complained about the noise. Of the shortcomings .... Terrible wi-fi and very dark in the room. The presence of a chandelier, two bedside lamps and a floor lamp do not add light at all. Very very dark in the room. Well, in general, the hotel is good, I recommend it.
