Post of Russia

I called to find out about the availability of the letter. We went to the delivery department to call an employee and disappeared for 30 minutes. While the telephone was picked up, one could hear how they managed to hold three meetings !!! And a few conversations on personal mobile phones !!! The employee never reached the phone. My question remained unanswered. We'll have to go to the post office and communicate personally in the conditions of (self-isolation) !!! What kind of NOT GOOD PEOPLE !!! By their actions they force citizens to visit crowded places !!! Disgusting attitude to the residents of our city !!!

Worst branch I've seen. It’s dirty, stuffy, the windows have ragged blinds, dirty grilles, then metal blinds and windows - everything is dirty and never washed. It was 4 times, with an average waiting time of 40 minutes. Less than 30 have never been. What to receive a small package that to send letters. Just awful. I no longer order things that are delivered by mail, just so that I would not waste time on this hell. I read the reviews - there is progress, people complained about the hours of waiting), but I still wildly see such a general store of the worst quality in the second city of Russia.

Excellent department, many employees, you can quickly get the package, you do not have to wait long. Two windows work for sending letters. I often use the services of this department and I am happy with everything!
