And when she was asked to send the code again, the operator called my mother a "problem old woman." Such an operator has a place in a trash heap, not in a post office. I heard everything on the phone. This is not an employee, but just a trash. Dismissal is the best option in this case. Shame on the entire organization!

While the post office lives in the 21st century, this branch is still in the 20th century. Constant queues, no electronic queue, impossible slow service. So also the entrance with a minimum of signs, apparently so that people do not find the branch

Today, 08/15 was at the post office at Piskarevsky 35. The best mail they all had! Excellent staff, HUMAN attitude towards customers !!! Have you ever been shown to you at the post office how to make a correct shipment, to pack, so that in the future it will be more convenient and faster service !? No, they’re usually sent to sort it out themselves! And here they helped, and told, and showed. I'm in shock! Unexpectedly nice!

The best mail !!! Even if there is a queue, the waiting time is no more than 5 minutes. The staff is polite and competent, 5 stars!

Post office employees are really benevolent, but the organization of work leaves much to be desired. I really do not like to go there, if there is an opportunity, I try to send the parcel through the website and receive accordingly either in the automatic mailbox, at the point of self-delivery or boxing, etc. Even if you have to go for a parcel, then all the same the time you spend on receiving it is less than at the post office, but about sending ...
