Apparently for THIS mail, an electronic record is something unreal! I signed up, came, went to the 1st window, as indicated on the site, and received in response: "You will be called." I waited, waited a long time, waited so that the whole queue that was before my arrival changed to a new one! She took the ticket, stood in line, went to the window. And I was told that they have no e-record notifications (!!!). She also had time to quarrel with some woman in line. In general, if you want to ruin your day, come there, even the air is saturated with anger and aggression!

The electronic queue no longer works. Simplified receipt by phone did not work today. But we sell canned food. Effective management!

To the great surprise after leaving left a positive impression. I made a mistake with the separation, but not only didn’t send me to hell, I was prompted exactly where the parcel came from. Thank you very much Terentyeva (I don’t remember the name), it is very nice that there are such workers! Of course there is no repair, but why be surprised (

There is a long experience of cooperation with this post office. I personally didn’t have any problems, I sent small parcels on intercity to different cities, received mail. I read the reviews and I don’t understand what people write about, I always saw a lot of work from the employees, if it seemed to you that you were impolite - this does not mean that it was just for you. Perhaps it’s just that the amount of work sometimes exceeds the ability to answer you as politely as you need it. If you want nearby there are offices of transport companies - send them.

Why introduce an electronic queue if all the same, after receiving these coupons, everything is serviced in the priority of the regular queue? The numbers on the scoreboard do not change. Unfortunately, the speed of work is low.
