There are clearly not enough people in the department. One or two people work and the simple receipt of a parcel turns into a tedious, almost hour-long wait. There is no electronic queue.

This is just a nightmare! There are 15 people on the street and are waiting for them to be launched one at a time! Only one cash desk works and no one understands what prevents it from planting a second cashier! ??? The distance between cashiers and between customers would be significantly more than 3 meters, but the work would go faster! This is the worst service you can imagine! Either start working faster, or open a second window! The man logged in 20 (!!!) minutes ago and everything still didn’t come out! How many hours should you expect in your turn !!! ???

It is not clear why the branch phone is listed in the search engine, because the employees, in the process, do not even have a clue about the availability of this device. There is no other explanation why no one picked up the phone for half an hour. My company was redirecting to a new address, the letters, as before, arrive at the 10th Soviet. The queues are big. Or put an electronic queue, or close the office completely.

The department primarily works on the issue of pensions. There is no separate window for sending and issuing correspondence. There is no electronic queue either. Stopped accepting mail from legal entities. Notifications of registered shipments and simple letters are rarely brought, immediately in a large batch in a few weeks, so registered letters have time to go back to the sender.
