Disgusting rudeness in the letter compartment (left door). Employees can open your letter without asking you (for the purpose of checking if you are sending anything other than paper in an envelope). I note right away that I do not send merchandise attachments in the letter. The employee took the letter and left without notifying me that she would open it in another room. I was unpleasantly surprised, to put it mildly, when I learned that she had opened it. Nobody apologized. It was 12/8/2020. 12/15/2020 I got nasty, the employee with obvious aggression refused to accept the sealed letter, very unpleasant. She also almost shouted at the man who was in front of me in line, because he did not immediately leave the checkout window. On both of my visits, the employees of this department told me false information that now all letters must be submitted in open form. It is not true. Only letters with an inventory should be submitted in open form without fail. For many years I have been sending by mail, from different branches and cities, but such an attitude is the first time. The only pleasant thing about visiting the post office on 12/15/2020 was communication with an employee from the parcel department, Kolenko A., who calmly listened to my problem and politely sent my letter by parcel, since I did not want to open it and prove something before the previous one a boorish employee in the letters department.

I often send and receive parcels, buy envelopes and postcards, employees are always friendly and polite, if something is not clear, they try to help and explain, sometimes there are queues, but this does not mean that they work poorly. They will work. Good luck!
