The bank is not bad, I am a client of a partner bank, so I use Otkritie ATMs to use the card, my mother is a client of this bank and is quite happy with the service. But there is one huge disadvantage of this department! He spoils the whole experience. ATMs are located inside the office, which works (if I'm not mistaken) until 19:00, that is, after 19:00 money can be deposited either at the other end of the city or in another city. But, the culmination is that that ATM on the other side of the city, working 24 hours, DOES NOT accept bills of 5000, 200, 2000 rubles. It's not very cool to receive a salary and not be able to put it on the card, because the ATM does not accept this type of bills, and the one that accepts works according to a stupid schedule. That's just terrible. As such, such moments express the bank's attitude to customers.
