Everything is relative. It turns out that for the last 8 years this branch, on Volodarskogo Street, Sestroretsk Savings Bank is the best - both in terms of young staff, and well-trained personnel, and in their knowledge of their duties and issues, and in positively changing communication with the human factor - blind, deaf and not versed in new technologies, pensioners. I paid particular attention to the cleaning lady who had appeared, an elderly woman who wipes the floor and wipes the windowsills many times a day. Thank her for that (give the person a prize!)
