Table-top curve 2 cm discrepancy, who is responsible for the quality of the order?

They make excellent furniture. But to receive it, wait for delivery, call it is a waste of both time and nerves! A year later, I stepped on this rake again. In the order, only the size of the countertop differs from the standard, I'm waiting for a month. Done, but the delivery has not been able to deliver for a week, or I am brazenly cheated. No more foot here.

Awful service !!! I ordered a kitchen, installed it, but it turned out that one facade was not delivered. I had to wait more than a month, called more than 10 times, even came to the store to find out where and when they would bring it. I did not know what they answered, wait. As a result, they brought it, but had to install it on their own, they did not even call. I do not advise this store (spend only time and your nerves).
