Hello! I don’t know how the others are, but I like this store. The staff is absolutely adequate. Cashiers are polite. Of course, I saw how they argued with one of the visitors, but with me they are always extremely polite and courteous. It was such that I, having confused the time, came to the store three minutes before closing and went to choose the product I needed. A girl came up to me and said without noise and nerves that the store was already closed. When I realized my mistake, they gave me another 5 minutes so that I could buy more food. In general, I believe that people communicate with themselves in the same way that you communicate with them. However, there were cases when they openly tried to "fall in love" with me in this store, and tried expired goods, but they always managed to come to some kind of compromise.

Магазин "Дикси" вполне себе нормальный. Сама сеть магазинов шаговой доступности очень даже неплохая.

The price tags did not match in the refrigerator, they punched the price on the counter, which they showed me after I noticed that the amount was higher. When I called the administrator, she said that they were not responsible for what was in the refrigerator, that it was a third-party company that placed the refrigerator, and in general they hang whatever they want. They talk rudely, the store and the checkout are dirty, they don't trumpet masks, it took a long time to wait for another cashier to issue a refund.

Once upon a time, I found it a long time ago that this is the worst store in the chain, alas, it's true ... It's dirty, they are rude, you can't get the cashiers out (apparently there is a problem with recruiting staff). But I want to note that I noticed this in all the stores of the chain, which I had to visit. Apparently, due to the pandemic, salaries have become even lower and adequate people have stopped working for you.
