I like the store as an online store, everything was always clear on orders. But the staff of this particular store leaves much to be desired. I arrived on Sunday at exactly 17-00 for an order that had been waiting for 2 weeks, already paid for on the website, from the Leningrad region 80 km from the store. The shutters were closed in front of my nose, they gloomily remained silent in response to my greeting and left. I called the store, they didn’t pick up the phone. I understand that the work schedule is up to 17-00, but if they turn to you, then you can at least answer something, or maybe just reach out and give out an order that is ready on the shelf, it would not take 15 seconds.

Excellent shop!! We are building a house with my husband, it came to wiring, where it was not even a question to purchase. Competent employees made a complete list of what to buy according to the house plan. We received all the materials on time, we got a nice discount. Qualified young people work, always polite and tidy. I didn’t like the girl, I don’t know what her name was, she didn’t communicate with us, but she spoke rudely with her colleague in front of clients and served customers with an unhappy face in front of us, to be honest, spoils the whole picture, although in theory the girl should decorate the men's team ... Once again, I express my gratitude to the young people working in the store!)

They made a large order of products for their organization (Beauty Salon); they had their own specifics, they needed certain goods. Employees promptly answered all questions, we made an order, I was also pleased that the guys have technical education, projects and specifications they read, understand, advise what is better and more correct, professionalism is felt. The goods arrived on time, shipped without problems or delays, which is very valuable. We are very satisfied, we will order more. I advise everyone.

06/10/2020 My bill was paid No. 121/1027646 / 121 in the amount of 685.00 rubles. I ordered a pressure-resistant hydro-filled pressure gauge TM-320R 1.6 MPa. They promised to deliver in five days. After seven days, I called to find out by product and I hear that delivery is delayed by about a week. About a week later they called me and said that the pressure gauge can be picked up. I came to the store, received the goods and went to work with him. During installation, it turned out that the pressure gauge came “dry”, i.e. not hydrofilled. He returned to the store and then it began. No one knows what to do. Sellers began to engage in correspondence to find out what to do in this situation. I realized that you can deal with correspondence for a long time, I contacted the Sales Manager A. Vasiliev As a result, the manometer was accepted against me and promised to correct the mistake made during the processing of the order as soon as possible, as a result of which the goods did not correspond to the ordered one. As a result, 07/07/2020 I came to the store of the ETM company, where I ordered and paid for the goods in order to find out when I finally received my goods and found out that the issue was not really being resolved. When I get a pressure gauge, nobody really knows. One thing is not clear: the factory producing this product is located in St. Petersburg. To go and replace the goods is a matter of one day. Why nobody in the ETM company cares about their reputation is not clear to me. It seems to me that the manager who made a mistake should immediately go to the factory and solve the problem. But no. All let go by chance. In fact, a month has passed since the payment for the goods, but this product has not. I again had to contact the Sales Manager A. Vasiliev and inform him of what is happening in their company. He was sure that the issue had long been resolved. As a result, they called me and said that perhaps the goods could be picked up on 07/17/2020. That's how the ETM company works !!! Shame!
