They came to buy a subscription and suddenly the price for it rises by 500 rubles. relative to previously agreed. It seems that each manager works only for himself. There is no team. They criticize each other and the front desk staff. They do not know about the rise in prices and make promises that they do not keep. For example, a girl manager told me: "I personally did not promise you such a price. That other manager promised. I will tell him. Maybe he can give you a discount. He will call you back." Nobody called back. And I didn't ask for a discount. I asked for the fulfillment of my earlier promises about the price of the service. A very unpleasant situation. Just thrown away money for a single visit. It cost three-quarters. Alas, the club does not need new clients. A funny situation with lockers. The rules for issuing keys to lockers have suddenly changed. Now you need to leave a deposit or 200 rubles. Or a document. The visitors are not ready. No cash with you. Papers leave a so-so idea. Visitors are outraged that they were not warned. No more foot here.
