For some reason, my bracelet did not work for the exit (although there is a medical certificate and is marked in the medical office). I had to wait until the others were released. And then they tell me that I am fined five hundred rubles for leaving after 23:05. Nowhere is this indicated and they did not say it when buying a subscription. I had to explain that if not for their turn, I would have come out before 23. I really did not like this attitude towards clients.

The managers are rude, behave as if everyone owes them. I asked to leave the scooter in the wardrobe. You can't. Ok, what should I do? Not our problem! Okay .. You can freeze in the sauna, if you're lucky and it works that day. As a result, because of the low temperature, everyone sits there for hours and the steam room is constantly clogged. In general, a vivid example of how a potentially excellent infrastructure was contaminated by soviet management!

Отношение к клиентам со стороны руководства компании отвратительное, собственно еюкак и к своим сотрудникам. Всю компанию спасает два факта: близость от дома и вежливость персонала. А так Фурсова бы разорвать на кусочки...
