A terrible place has become. I got up at the checkout (where they took the order from the previous person), they told me that I need to go to the next checkout. I stood in line again. After that, a woman cashier by the name of Skorosueva (as it turned out later she did not match her last name) began to accept my order, half of which she did not hear (get her a phone). After taking the order, I said that I wanted to pay with bonuses, and this lady wrote off all the money from the account. Only later did she say that you can pay with bonuses from a certain amount. (Attention, after I have already paid). Then I went to a cafe, buy coffee, a friend who made coffee pretended not to notice me, then called some other woman who was sitting there somewhere and said that she was waiting. I asked where their line starts, he said that she was just sitting. What kind of service? I all understand that this is fast food, not a restaurant, but even in a burger, everything is more decent.

Friends chose this restaurant to celebrate their wedding. A very nice place with a beautiful decoration. The staff is very nice and polite. The food is delicious.

April 25, 2020 was here, took lunch. I wanted to eat in the car. I would put five stars, but here, and several months ago in the stockmann on Nevsky, they did not put a spoon in my soup. It would seem an elementary thing: if you eat soup, then you put a spoon. You need to change the delivery technology so that people take the devices themselves, or then the one who issues the orders immediately puts down the whole set of spoon-fork-knife. 06/11/20 they asked again: do you need appliances? Stupid question, because how else is it, with your hands? Gentlemen minus one star. In 99.99%, people need appliances to consume what they bought from you.
