They brought a child with terrible headaches. The receptionist assured that a neurologist would come and prescribe ALL examinations. In fact, they waited 2 days for a smear on covid. After the neurologist came, it turned out that the MRI in the hospital did not work, and we had nothing else to do there, they could not help us. For three days, the child was fed with arbidol🙈, the pacifiers are already being pushed in the hospital, and the daughter called me and asked for help, since no anesthetic therapy was performed. At the end of his stay in the ward, a pipe burst, all things got wet. This is not a commercial structure, and it is clear that there is no choice in difficult situations, but, parents, control every step of the doctors, stand your ground, demand tests, meetings with doctors.

There is no hot water !!! 21st century hello head physician, I will definitely file a complaint with the City Health Department and Rospotrebnadzor! Dirt! The cleaning lady comes, smears the dirt with a dirty rag and just puffs something on the bath, toilet and sink - not washing them ... And not every day. Some kind of mess at the department, no one knows anything, only young residents ... They immediately put the catheter in the hand, the child screamed for 30 minutes like a cut, they did not follow the catheter, all dirty. They give him a swing for 3 days! Poor children are constantly yelling, like some kind of flayer, Someone does not know how to insert a needle into a vein or catheter. The hand is naturally bruised from two blood samples from a vein. You are up to Kolpino Children's Hospital, as is the Russian economy to the Norwegian one !!!

16 Surgical department, wards for contact covid. Quite old renovation. The staff are very caring and friendly! 1 Department, boxes for patients with covid. The bathroom / toilet was poorly cleaned. It's very hot, you have to live with an open window, constant draft. There are cockroaches in the room !!! To doctors and honey. staff no complaints. Answering all questions, they are polite and friendly. Many thanks to them!

Great hospital! I don't believe in what they write! Either I was lucky and I got to the best doctors and health workers of this hospital, or people write reviews about different institutions. Many thanks to doctors neurosurgeons Ivanov Oleg Borisovich and Ryzhik Sergei Alexandrovich - they are excellent specialists, professionals from God, real Aibolites, sensitive and sympathetic, benevolent and attentive. Magicians. Rescuers. Low bow and my deep gratitude to all the medical workers, nurses and barmaids of the ENT departments 2 and 15. There is not a single exception, wonderful, attentive people work here who faithfully do their job. A huge human THANKS to you !!! I am grateful to God that we ended up in this hospital. Benevolence on the faces of employees, everyone as a distinctive sign. When it comes to the health of our children, there are no trifles. Everywhere Very !!! purely. The nurses cleaned the whole day, it was surprising. THANKS!!! I believe that these offices have a highly qualified team of professionals. I refuse to believe in all negative reviews! It's just a pity that in our time there is a lot of negativity and sometimes it is very difficult to please people, they need comfort, they look down on them, and this is not so, and that. We must learn to be different ourselves, and see not only poor repairs and monotonous food, but also notice the selfless work of our doctors! Well, to say that the medical staff in this medical institution is, to put it mildly, none - this is a very good assessment. We got a bad doctor and m / s are not all responsive. This doctor is a certain Umrilov A.I. Although he has considerable experience, he absolutely does not care about you and your child !!! Run from him !!! He writes a lot that he does not hear (!) Important things and prescribes an examination, that he is angry that you have come for emergency help, does not come after procedures with further recommendations, and prescribes procedures without delving into the anamnesis, etc. I don't want punishment for anyone. I want to protect parents from such a doctor, if you get to him - change the doctor or what you might do, but avoid his "treatment". Honestly, there was even a desire to write a complaint officially, but what's the point? God bless him. And yes, you will also receive discharge documents for years. It feels like nobody needs anything. Money comes to "depart".
