The flight left only pleasant impressions! Let's fly some more!

The company was scammers and scammed, the money is appropriated, flights are canceled and rescheduled, brazenly, without any compensation or even a duty apology. The company simply does not respect its mostly former customers. Do not risk it if you have extra money, spend it on yourself, because buying a ticket, you will not fly away, but you will wag your nerves in an attempt to find a civilized attitude, in the end, you will not get anything.

Why is it so difficult to get through to your call center ??? Do something about it already!

The company is rotten, I really do not recommend it. The flight was canceled, but the main thing is not answering calls or letters of refund for a month already !!! So if something goes wrong, no one will even answer you. I am complementing the review after half a year: no matter how it was there, after half a year the money was returned! Considering this, I change to four stars, the main thing is the result!

I flew this airline 4 times, I liked everything very much, I will fly with them again. Very friendly staff on board, delicious food. With a long transfer, you can order a transfer and a hotel for 1 euro, used this service, no complaints, the hotel is good, the driver met at the airport and took it back, managed to sleep and see Astana.
