I bought an XMax phone (2018, if anything) in the Restore store a week ago. I contacted the call center in advance, asked which stores have this smart with the memory size I need and in the right color. Sent to the shopping mall. I do not know if the consultants were warned there, but upon arrival they immediately got me the necessary gadget. We unpacked it together, the seller told about all the functions and capabilities of the phone and even helped to immediately connect my Apple Watch to a new device. The price completely coincided with the one indicated in the online store. I paid extra for the glass and installation and immediately chose a cover on the spot. I was pleased with the large assortment of accessories for the selected model - you will not find this in every chain store. Due to bonuses when buying, I was able to get a discount of 1,500 rubles. It seems to be a little considering the cost of the phone itself, but it's still nice that the bonus program works!

I bought a macbook at the Peak shopping mall, and the seller, Byzin S.V. When I bought it, he gave me the wrong information, as a result I lost 6,000 rubles. The most unpleasant thing was that Byzin S.V. decided to cover his fifth point with a lie in the direction of the client. Allegedly, he gave me exhaustive information, which was pure lies. I wrote a complaint, Natalya Ernst answered. No apologies, only accusations that I myself am to blame. What can I say, it would not hurt for senior seller Natalya Ernst to take customer communication courses. All I was waiting for was an apology and an admission of wrong, since I can turn a blind eye to unprofessionalism in this situation, but not to impudent lies. Byzin S.V. I wish to find in himself at least something masculine. Lies are always a sign of weakness.

I came to buy a phone and headphones. As a result, I wanted to leave as soon as possible, very unpleasant sellers ... Expensive equipment and unhelpful staff with whom it is unpleasant to communicate ... This is strange ... Oh, what are you doing there at all?))) The senior seller Sergey saw my shabby passport and almost jumped up for joy, began to photograph him and consult with someone in the chat if he could make installments on such a passport ... You know, in a month I'd rather go to another restaurant than to you!)))
