Very elegant and clean hotel, rooms look very colorful but tasteful. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very good location, you can get almost anywhere on foot. It offers concierge service if you need to book anything, which I find extremely helpful, especially that in St Petersburg there is way too many tours and excursions that people constantly offer you on the streets. Restaurant food is really tasty and reasonably priced.

Staff speaks English. Comfortable room. We got all we need. The common is nice. And they also recommend nice places nearby for food.
