Each owner of at least a small plot of land thinks he is a landlord, so it does not surprise me that the board of the landowner agricultural partnership chose the project of architect Yakov Bluvshtein, which was implemented in 1911-12, for the construction of a tenement house. In this case, Art Nouveau is strongly influenced by Gothic architecture, referring us to family castles and medieval cathedrals. Not for nothing, the key element of the house is the corner tower, the unconditional dominant of this part of Izmailovsky Prospekt. I always wanted to see something like this in my summer cottage, but my relatives absolutely do not share the impulses of my Gothic-inclined nature, preferring the routine of eternity. An excellent library, there are completely new modern publications on graphics, there are comics and books in different languages. Very good librarians. It is a pity that few people know about this place, acquaintances are surprised when they learn about this place.

A good collection of comics, apparently, is constantly growing. There is even a little Zin. There are also publications in foreign languages, incl. Japanese, French and others. A cozy room, read as you like.
