Selling stale flowers. All dirty and lethargic. Half of the buds are cut !!! We filed a complaint. No reaction. I will write further!

Cheated with a bouquet. I bought on 07/21/2019 at Nalichnaya St., 27. I asked for fresh flowers, I was told that everything was OK and the flowers were fresh. I bought a bouquet for 1400 rubles, gave it to my wife. The bouquet was rotten from stem to bud peony. A few hours later the flowers faded and began to smell unpleasant. That's what a life-giving fridge does! Not even a day has passed. Very disappointing, no more foot here!
