Yes, the lines are really big. The staff does not know the answers to all the questions, but cannot admit it. It’s easier for them to say the first thing that comes to mind, if only the client does not think that the bank employee does not know the answer. On the other hand, this is partially offset by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff.
