On my next vacation, I again decided to fly to Turkey, and manager Natalya helped me to resolve this issue. A pleasant girl, responsibly approaching her work. Picked up a tour with check-in at the hotel "Palm World Resort and Spa" 5 stars. A hotel with a luxurious interior. There are many rooms for every taste. I had a single, quite comfortable room. The staff is polite, tactful, always with a smile on their face. The sea is not far, it takes about 20 minutes to walk. There is no garbage on the beach, everything is cleaned on time and quickly. The food is a bit monotonous but tasty. Entertainment can be found outside the hotel. Historical places, Turkey is full of them, and lovers of ruins have a place to walk. Inside the hotel you can use spa treatments, which is what I actually did. In the evenings, discos and various programs for the entertainment of guests. My vacation passed unnoticed, but the impressions were the most positive.

We flew with my husband and children to Tunisia for 2 weeks. It was a problem for us that we were flying with the children because we wanted both us and them to rest. But the manager Natalia helped us with the choice and chose for us an excellent hotel with children's animation. It was the first family vacation where my husband and I felt free from children, because the animators watched them instead of us. Many thanks to Natalia for the help!

Initially, they wanted to fly on their own, but lost time, so they turned to a travel agency. We got to the manager Eugenia. She found us a great hotel SEA LIFE FAMILY RESORT HOTEL 5 * in Turkey at a nice price. If we had any questions related to the tour, I was always in touch and helped to resolve the issue without any problems. Thank you very much for your help and a great stay!

We missed the summer vacation this year, because it didn’t work out, but I still really wanted to relax, and my friend, on the advice of a friend, turned to the “Fly. Ru” tour agency. We fell into the professional hands of the manager Eugenia and, on her advice, purchased an inexpensive and very profitable tour in the UAE. We rested just fine. Service at the 4 * hotel was at 10😃.
